Have you changed FTP access?
If you can’t do tests:
– Temporary activate Storefront theme and check the category page then
– Temporary deactivate 3rd-party plugins and check if this helps
– enable WP debug mode and check if any error shows on the category page.
Please provide correct FTP access http://prntscr.com/o4vy9y and wait without doing changes. I will pass your problem to one of our developers to check.

The problem is caused by slag. We’ve changed it http://prntscr.com/o4wh0c and the category works fine. The problem is independent of the theme because persists even with the default theme.
