I started this topic because the plugins dont work, they work partially now because the frontend editor does not work and i cant see a preview when i edit in the backend.. why cant this be solved? I am still waiting for a solution since as you may understand, if you cant see what you edit it is hard to build..

    Hi Eva,

Thanks for replying. But you must know that i am stuck since monday. The only thing i did is downloading the theme and upload it at WordPress. Since then the problems remain. I have not changed anything, name, code or whatever. The map name is called ”Royal” and not “Royal_2.8”.

I am kindly asking you again to please solve this problem ASAP as i also don’t want to bother you with this problems.

    Regards

    Hello @Paycheck85,

    Sorry for a delay.
Some files were missing in the theme folder. We’ve reuploaded it and now preview, frontend editor are working. Also as I see you have “revslider” folder in “royal” theme directory. Have you uploaded it? By default there is no any plugins folders inside. Could you please provide your purchase code of the theme?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @Paycheck85,

You need remove plugins from “royal” folder. They should be located in wp-content/plugins directory.

I had a long weekend and have been out of the office…I am looking over all of the files and info right now so we can figure out if the issues are resolved….I was able to get Adobe to configure the theme to be able to edit in Dreamweaver, so that is great.

So I have the Master Slider Working…I just need the Revolution Slider to work….

Also, for some reason in I am receiving an “Error 404: Page not Found” when I am in the visual editor?!
I am not sure why this is….seems like maybe something was deleted?? Could you take a look for me…the WordPress info is in the private comments. Thanks!!

    Hello @AidaCorp,

Upload Revolution Slider folder to wp-content/plugins directory. Download it here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . Then activate it in Plugins section.

I don’t see any errors for Visual Composer editor http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/16/1128/h_1480350625_9465835_55dc48fc29.jpeg , the same is for frontend editor http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/16/1128/h_1480350740_6623217_a24630030f.jpeg .

    Regards,
