    Hello,

As I see you didn’t include a link with your id:
    <a class="btn active filled medium" href="#" ><strong>CONTACTEZ-NOUS</strong></a>
edit this code href="#" and replace # with your link and id that you created for a block in Visual Composer editor as shown in this screenshot:

    Best regards,

I have the same problem and this is the code of the button :

    <a style="margin-top:25px;" class="vc_general vc_btn3 vc_btn3-size-lg vc_btn3-shape-square vc_btn3-style-flat vc_btn3-icon-left vc_btn3-color-primary" href="http://harsco2.fredand.co/#download" target="_self" rel="nofollow"><i class="vc_btn3-icon fa fa-eyedropper"></i> Start using our product</a>

The link is copied from a button in navigation that works just fine, but the button isn’t working.

    Hello @fredetco,

Please provide us with a page link where you have issues and give us access to wp-admin panel.

    Hello @fredetco,

I’ve changed text id from “downloads” to “download”, as you set such anchor:
    http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/15/0908/h_1441729224_5837083_19ea3cf616.png

Clear browser cache and check button now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    This is amazing, thank you

Can you give me a short explanation on what I did wrong ? Was it just renaming this ?

    Hello @fredetco,

The reason the button didn’t work was incorrect id, set for the text element. I changed it to the correct id and now it’s working properly.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
