My checkout is freezing and apple pay is failing on mobile?

    Hello,

    We have identified that the errors you are experiencing are also present with the default Storefront WooCommerce theme. You can refer to the following link for visual reference: https://prnt.sc/1u7MnU5OwqW1
    These errors are causing the issues you have reported in the video and it appears that they are not related to our theme.
    Please note that we are only able to assist with issues caused by our theme and not if they are global with the default theme as well. In this case, we recommend that you contact the support team of the 3rd party plugin you are using, as well as the WooCommerce support team, for further assistance.

    Hi since you logged in to my account my site isnt working.
    please can ask the person what changes they have made?
    my screen isnt full width something i did not change, the product will not add to cart (was working before) and on mobile the menu bar is flashing?

    this is now affecting my revenue and customers are contacting me advising they cant add to cart!

    please can you remove all changes you have made immediately i have lost a full day of sales because of this!!

    Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for the delay in response due to the weekend. Upon investigating, we have not made any changes and only have checked how checkout works with the Storefront theme. It is unlikely that our actions would have caused a fatal error on the single product page.

    From the fatal-errors-2023-01-13-f77793e2670d59e81198dae726b21490.log, it appears that the errors are coming from third-party plugins. We recommend reaching out to the support for the plugins mentioned in the log for assistance.

    We have also checked several single product pages on your site and do not currently see the fatal error. Have you been able to resolve the issue?
