Hello Rose,
Thank you for your quick answer : I’m going on the good way !
I point still open : How to get this menu on the second-level menu : Luminaire par style > ARCHITECTURAL > static block as on the demo All department > Car Electronics > static block.
Because the field “static block” disapears every time to put it in the second level

Also two screenshots from the smartphone/mobile. Cart circle is white? and the products do not appear.

I do not see problems on mobile. Please clear cache and check now more time http://prntscr.com/l4b3uq http://prntscr.com/l4b4cv Also, try to check on different devices, make sure that versions of your browsers are not very old.
