It was a strange problem. I’ve simply deleted the content from “Product Page Banner” to prevent duplication because your content on the shop page got working.

When I switch my C-Panel account to PHP 7.0 the layout of my website changes completely. Everything gets pushed in together – almost as if the theme width changes. I can’t leave this live for you guys to test since it affects my live site but here is a screenshot for you to view: https://www.puredogfood.com/Newsletter/carousel.png

Also the problem that I mentioned before with the single product image carousel disappearing still persists: https://www.puredogfood.com/Newsletter/php.png

Please advise.

Hello,

1. We’ve tested the theme with PHP 7.0, so it is difficult to say what the reason of your problem on first sight. Could you please re-create the problem on a staging site, and provide us with access?
2. Link to the page will be appreciated.

I can not change just for my staging as the entire server needs to be changed – as you can see on the screenshot I have attached that it clearly is broken. How else can you troubleshoot without making my live site be down for a day for you to review?

Hello,

We need either access to the site where we can see the issue and fix it or full copy of your files and DB to install it on our test environment and check what is the reason of the issue. You can use All In One WP plugin to make a full backup to provide us.
