    Hi There,

    1. I have added the element to the page – screenshot here https://prnt.sc/20j1j5q so you should see it now.

    2. we have Cloudflare on the site, not sure if that creates problems, but it should be OK for FTP

    Did you try the setting as per my filezilla screenshot? I have added the details with screenshot to the private area again.

    Error appears because of this plugin imegamedia Retail Finance https://prnt.sc/20j7010
    So, contact plugin author to fix the error.
