why doesn’t it appear on the site when Xstore needs to be updated?
Did it appear to me only by email and not directly on the site?

There is a delay between releasing the update and appearing it in the Dashboard. Wait a few hours, then go WP Dashboard > Updates > press “check updates” link to force check
