Filter By Product Category on Product Catalog Back End

    The filter by product category option in the product catalog back end has disappeared with recent updates of woocommerce. I know for a fact it was working with woocommerce version 3.1.2 but I am unsure at what point in the updates it went haywire. There is a dropdown box that is empty. Are you aware of this issue or is it this fixable?

    We have the same problem on 2 sites with different plugins.

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this situation with our theme only or even with official theme too. Let me know result.

    Yes there is a filter by category option when switching to storefront and twenty fifteen. It has changed to a search by category instead of a list… I included the screenshot.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
    A new theme version will be released within 3-4 days, this version will be compatible with latest woocommerce version, so very likely the problem will be solved after update.
