1、Do you have human service?2. I can’t find the place to change the header. 3. The demos import failed
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are here to assist you with your concerns.
1. Regarding your inquiry about human service, yes, we do provide support to address your questions and issues. Please feel free to share any specific concerns, and we will do our best to assist you promptly.
2. To change the header, you can typically find the settings in Header Builder – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/
3. If the demo import has failed, it could be due to server limitations or incorrect configurations. Kindly ensure that your server meets the recommended requirements for the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
Before proceeding with the import, please ensure that all third-party plugins are disabled. If this does not resolve the issue, we would be happy to assist you with the import process. In order to do so, we kindly request temporary wp-admin access.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Failed to launch the X-Core plugin, with a prompt indicating a fatal error, as shown in the image. Why?
Hello,
We appreciate your prompt response.
This is one of the reasons why we recommend disabling third-party plugins before installing demo content. If you are using multiple third-party plugins, one of them might be causing a conflict.
Another potential cause of the issue could be an incomplete installation of the core plugin files. To resolve this, you can perform a manual installation using the plugin files available for download on this page: https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
We have already offered our assistance with the demo content installation. All we need from you is temporary access credentials to proceed.
Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Thank you. I have successfully installed it, but now I’ve encountered a strange issue. I can’t modify the header. As shown in the picture, it should display the desktop version, but instead, it shows the mobile menu icon. It’s so strange. Also, the website logo disappears every time I upload it, reverting to the default image, even though I clicked publish. Additionally, I noticed there are two headers on my homepage. I’ve already deleted the theme design under Elementor.
Thanks!
Hello,
On your screenshot it is a mobile header, please change zoom in settings of your browser window – https://prnt.sc/bJW0jumajXu2
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
Thank you! the zoom is 100% by dafault; as your sugeested, I changed the zoom into 90%; the normal header displayed.
My current New question is whether I should choose Elementor or Customizer for the Header Builder. Is the latter developed by your team? Which one do you recommend? If I choose the latter, should I delete the header built with Elementor to ensure that Customizer works properly?
The same settings are applied, so why can’t it match the font format above?I need consistency and alignment.
Hello,
1/ We would like to inform you that there are two header builders available, and you can choose the one that best suits your preferences. Please note that the Elementor Header Builder takes higher priority. Therefore, when both header builders are active simultaneously, the content created with Elementor will be displayed on the frontend.
If you wish to display the content from the theme options instead, you can either delete the header template created with Elementor or adjust its display conditions accordingly – https://prnt.sc/WMpRw3pl_wwc
2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Can you tell me how to modify some settings on this interface? For example, the areas marked with a red circle—should I use Elementor or your X-Builder? I’m feeling quite confused and not sure which one to use.
I clearly disabled the “Band,” but it still shows “New.”
There’s another issue. Look at the second screenshot—I clearly disabled the zoom feature, but it didn’t take effect immediately, and the image can still be zoomed in.
I have transmitted usename and password via private content area. please .
Hello,
Could you kindly assign the Administrator role to the user account you created for us? At the moment, we are unable to access your dashboard due to insufficient permissions.
Thank you for your assistance.

I clearly made the change yesterday. OK, I’ve changed it back to administrator again and it’s confirmed now. Maybe I forgot to save it yesterday. Why didn’t you answer the question I asked you yesterday? I woke up this morning expecting to see the solution. Do you only reply once a day? Please help me solve the problem I had yesterday as soon as possible. Thank you.
A very serious issue: Why does the website display normally in Chrome, but not correctly in Safari?
Hello,
To answer you we needed access to the admin panel.
We assure you that we provide a good level of support but if you can’t wait or are unhappy with something you can choose another theme and refuse ours. Just apply for a refund.
1/ To edit the layout of single product page, please go to XStore Builders > Single product builder via Elementor > edit template.
We’ve disabled Zoom for you – https://prnt.sc/zWAAwI5ikEMM
2/ New label can be disabled via Theme options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop elements > Product badges > New https://prnt.sc/DcEINa5yzl8Q
3/ Dashboard > Pages > edit titles of pages. Dashboard > Products > Categories > edit titles.
4/ We visited your website using the Safari browser on a mobile device, and everything appears to be displaying correctly. Kindly clear your browser cache and check again.

I’ve encountered a classification problem. When building an e – commerce website under the X – Store theme in WordPress, there are “Women” and “Men” categories. Under these categories, there are bags and shoes. There are many types of bags and shoes. For example, for bags, there are single – shoulder bags, double – shoulder bags, etc.; for shoes, there are leather shoes and sports shoes. Both bags and shoes have many brands, such as LV and Hermes. I hope that customers first choose their gender, then choose to buy bags or shoes, then choose single – shoulder bags, and then choose a brand. Of course, many times customers will want to see all the bags. Sometimes they also want to see all the black bags for women. How can I jointly implement this logic with categories and tags?
I asked for advice from an AI, and it suggested that I classify “Brand” as a value within an attribute. Now I need to filter products by brand, but the brand – filtering option isn’t showing up. It’s very strange. As shown in the picture, these three items haven’t appeared.
Moreover, I’ve found that when publishing products, there is an additional option for adding a brand (it should be an extra feature added by your theme). right?
Thanks for you patient answers.
Hello,
1/ Product categories functionality comes from the Woocommerce plugin and it is independent of our theme.
Dashboard > Products > Categories > https://prnt.sc/bVq2m6lHWuA_

If you need further assistance, contact support of WC directly – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
2/ Kindly avoid using attributes with the slug “brand,” as brands are separate taxonomy. To prevent potential issues, we have already renamed this attribute on your website – https://prnt.sc/sblLueZw7qC7
3/ The filters shown in your screenshot are not appearing in the sidebar because there are no products associated with the corresponding attributes – https://prnt.sc/QxhIMqMS_8Qi
Please watch this video – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A?feature=shared
4/ Our Brands are disabled on your site – https://prnt.sc/tqV9NqBL6UzZ via Theme Options, so this widget is not shown on the frontend – https://prnt.sc/uql7pmDTLjRt
These Brands come from woocommerce plugin https://prnt.sc/Myp7C_H2RgyT Read more – https://developer.woocommerce.com/2025/01/17/enabling-brands-update-for-woocommerce-9-

Do you recommend using Elementor to edit all pages? I’m really confused right now. Some are edited with Elementor and some are edited with your built – in editor. It’s quite confusing to me.
And do you recommend categorizing the brand as a classification or as an attribute value?
Hello,
1/ Could you please clarify what exactly you are trying to edit but are unable to?
2/ Everything depends on your specific needs. As we have already explained, this is not related to the theme itself. You may consider reaching out to the WooCommerce plugin support team for further assistance.

Can you be more accurate in answering questions? The swatches filter does not appear at all, even though I have already added products under the attribute. As shown in the image.
Hello, AC,
We have noticed that even with the default theme “Twenty Twenty-Five,” the default WooCommerce widget “Filter Products by Attribute” is not displaying. This issue might be caused by non-standard permalink settings on your website or other modifications.
In any case, until the default widget functions properly with the default theme, we will unfortunately be unable to assist you further.
Thank you for your understanding.

Impossible. It must be solvable. I can see it while editing, but it disappears on the display page! As shown in the picture.
Did I succeed? You just said it couldn’t be done, but I made it work. You guys are so unprofessional.
It’s strange. I clearly added another color. Why are you saying it’s not there?
Why is this happening? On the mobile version, there’s inconsistency—the main image doesn’t change. Is it because, during editing, I uploaded corresponding detail images for the two different color variants? Does your theme not support this WooCommerce functionality? For example, when users click on blue, they should only see blue images (thumbnails).
Hello, AC,
Could you kindly provide the URL of the product shown in your screenshots? This will allow us to review your settings and assist you more effectively.
