Try to clear all the cache. If this doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    Hello,

Our developers checked your site and fond that there are a lot of errors in the console http://prntscr.com/rk9mdf even if our theme is disabled. Also, we can’t disable any plugin probably because of these errors https://gyazo.com/aecb3ae09910cea6eac8a956b893dadf

Tried to rename the plugins folder but any effect, WP still displays plugins like they are there.
Do you have any server cache? Please, fix the js errors in console that appear even with the default theme to allow us to proceed with the sticky cart issue.

    Regards

    Hello,

I don’t see that you fixed js errors in console that I wrote you about in the previous message http://prntscr.com/rl7qhk
Neither our theme nor plugins will work ok if you js errors related to core WordPress files. If you use server cache/minification I would recommend you disable it. Maybe this is the reason of your problem.

    Regards
