I have a question: how can I place a button on my website that pops up like on this site?. I mean the small button that is a circle and a triangle.

Also, the Linked Products does not work on my site. See for login codes earlier Private Content in this topic.

Please follow instructions and update theme to the latest version 3.1:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

Our theme doesn’t have such possibility. It’s possible to implement only by additional customization or using 3-rd party plugins. This service is not included in our support but you may contact WPKraken team to get help with this.

Hello,

At first, you need to have appropriate versions of theme and woocommerce, so please update Royal to 3.1 version, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and http://prntscr.com/gqn30y
If problem won’t be solved, please provide link to such product and screenshots of the problem to better understanding.
