Category Filters do not work correctly in shop page

    Each “All” categories link results in “Unfortunately, there are no product that match your criteria.”

    I am not sure if that is the same issue for the Sale and “New Arrival” buttons on top. The same error message is shown.

    Also, for the dropdown category filter, is it possible to make the query “and” to allow customers to select multiple categories? Similar to the Rating Filter, where checkboxes are next to each choice.

    Regarding attributes filters, such as Size, can those be made into a dropdown instead of swatches? I am not referring to the Shop Sidebar but the top filter bar.

    We have conducted a thorough check, and the issue persists even when using the default theme. Based on our findings, we believe this may be caused by the functionality of a third-party plugin.
