    Hello

how it is possible to filter products with categories and brands together?

i added at sidebar categories and brands widgets, but they don’t work together

i want to choose a category from sidebar and after when choose brand, will show only brands from selected category

also when at a category page, at sidebar brands widget have to show only brands that are available for that category

    thanks

    Hello,

Sorry, it’s not possible in our theme. You can try to use some 3rd-party plugins to implement such functionality.

    Hello,

unfortunately we have not tested such plugins with our theme and thus are not able to recommend specific one. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hello George,

I run into the SAME feature request and found a great solution which is not even a plug-in.

Go to: appearance/widgets and drop the Woocomerce Layered Navigation into the shop sidebar. There you can have the customer filter by ATTRIBUTES. Hence just create an “Attribute” in your products setting which is called “brands” – there you set up the brands again and set all your products with their optional Brands. Now you can filter in the front end Brands ONLY by that Category. Dont disable the BRAND 8theme though – since this option does not show you the nice LOGO on the single product page.

    hope it works!

This topic describes exactly what I need =) I’m a bit suprised that this kind of feature is not available. Seems like a basic AND operator query. I know Drupal Views module supports this kind of feature.

Going to try ctrimde’s solution now!
