Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Products Per Row.
Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Products Per Row On Category Page.

Hello,

Go to Settings > Reading > choose your Posts page http://prntscr.com/s3chya > Save changes and check this page. It should display your posts.
