1) As I see there is no ajax error and the product is succesfully added to the cart http://prntscr.com/8wahhy Please clear cache and check issue.
2) Try to add the following code in custom.css and check it
.quantity .parsley-errors-list.filled { position: absolute; width: 200px; top: 0px; right: -225px; }
