Hello,

Try to add this code:

.header-vertical-enable .page-wrapper .header-type-vertical2 .header-custom-block {
    position: relative !important;
    top: 50% !important;
}

instead of this one:

.header-vertical-enable .page-wrapper .header-type-vertical2 .header-custom-block {
    position: relative !important;
    top: 250px !important;
}
