Please add this code in custom.css file.
1)

}

 .main-nav .menu > li > a:hover{
color:red;
}

.main-nav .menu > li .nav-sublist-dropdown {
  background-color: #693D3D !important;
}

4) Please provide us with link to cart page and some products.
