Hello,
I’ve removed this shortcode [product_categories] from your Shop page and selected “Show categories and subcategories” in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Shop Page Display.
Please clear your browser cache and check Shop page now.
Also provide us with FTP credentials.
We’ll update plugins for you.
