Wait, I see now that this reply is for a very old message. We since have updated to the new Legenda theme, updated all plugins etc. just how you asked (none of the customizations were lost).
I started a new topic – it was private – with new recurring issues. One issue is fixed so maybe they already fixed. thanks!
