1. Please provide us with correct FTP credentials as we couldn’t log in. Also give us access to wp-admin panel.
2. You can disable Screets Chat plugin if you don’t want to use it.
3. Please read Woocommerce documentation: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/ > “Add a custom tab”.
4. Please add this code in custom.css file:
.product-navigation .product-arrows { display: none; }
How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
