the size of te image is not a problem, see any other article (http://www.trulyprettyprintables.com/product/printable-birthday-invitation-t1/) for example so please remove the code you add on custom.css, thank you.
the main issue is that the form that is included on this article is missing!! all articles with a form that define the price miss the form, all options, the price and the add to cart button see another couple of examples (http://www.trulyprettyprintables.com/product/custom-printable-party-invitation-cards-text/ http://www.trulyprettyprintables.com/product/custom-printable-wedding-cards/)
