I’ve checked Visual Composer editor and additional elements from Ultimate VC Addons plugin are shown, for example, Info box, Countdown, Swatch Book and others.
But I’d recommend you to update Ultimate VC Addons plugin and other required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
