1. You can add up-sell products as described in Woocommerce documentation: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
2. Unfortunately this option is available only for single products. Sorry.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
