What php version is used on a server? Please ask your host to increase it at least to 5.3 version. If the php version is 5.3 or higher then please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in private content.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
