On your demo this phenomenon does not exist.
Enclosed screenshot of demo zoomed to 90% WITH OUT RELOAD !
My guess is that there are some css differentiation between the demo version and the one I purchased.
This is inapplicable to ask website visitors to reload on every zoom – and it leaves the visitor with a bad impression.
Please address this issue – the theme cannot be used like that.

The mobile does show the menu but only when defined through WP Widgets panel.
Since it requires modifications – where can I customize its CSS (files wise)?
