If your site is live, you can create a staging site (full copy of the existing one), to be able to do tests there, without affecting your business.
Try the Duplicator plugin to migrate/copy your site.
If the situation is independent of the theme you will need to contact support of WooCommerce. If the problem persists with our theme only, we will need temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the staging site to do tests and do fix it there.
