Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
The most likely that you may have additional plugins that allow you to separate different emails for different types of customers, which may be the cause of incorrect styling of sent emails. In your case, we consider it impossible to implement this solution globally, so we suggest that you use default emails (disable our Built-in Email Builder).
