If you are using the theme’s built-in default feature “Email Builder” to design your emails, please navigate to Xstore >> Dashboard >> Built-in Email Builder and click on the “Edit the Email Builder” button, as shown in the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/f3Fdgmgs
We kindly request that you select a template as the default under content. Please refer to the screenshot provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/1f2Ls57K.
Please note that this will not display the product images in the new order email.
