To ensure that the changes appear correctly on the frontend, please flush the CDN, temporarily disable any CDN or cache plugins, and clear the browser cache on your site. If you are able to observe the modifications in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is functioning properly in the Customizer, it should also be functioning on the front end.
We have disabled the Dropdown Opening Action option under Xstore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile menu in all of your multiple headers. This should have resolved your issue. Please refer to the attached image for further reference. https://postimg.cc/T5h8Wgpw
