Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) provides general options to style your Shop page, however, it is not possible to exactly replicate all the styles and colors of the book store Shop page to your site, as you have already imported the other demo on your site, which has set the default coloring under Theme Options.
If you wish to achieve the same look, we suggest you to install a fresh WordPress on localhost and install the theme on it. Then, import the bookstore demo and check and copy each style from localhost to your live site for your Shop page.
Alternatively, you can reset your WordPress and then import the fresh new Book Store demo on your site. This will import the same Shop page on your live site, and then you can use Xstore Studio to import other demo home page on your site as per your requirements: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/148-xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme
