We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is recommended that you run the import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/. This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please reset the installation and provide us with temporary WP-admin access in the private content area of this topic. We will then help you with the import.
