1/ Header Builder > Mobile menu > OFF-CANVAS CONTENT > Content Size (%) , Off-Canvas Content WCAG Color
The hover color can be changed using custom CSS code:
div.mobile-menu-content .et_b_header-menu .menu li a:hover {
color: red;
}
2/ Do you know the name and model of your device? If so, you can find information about the screen size (resolution) online.
