We understand that you are experiencing an issue with an application that has locked the table due to an unfinished record update in the database. If this is occurring frequently, we recommend debugging your website to identify which application (likely a plugin) is causing the issue.

To help resolve this issue, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
