Hello PR,
1) To edit the banner which is appearing at the top of the shop page, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop Page Layout > Shop page banner content. There you will need to check the shortcode of the static block. For a better reference, please see the image provided here: https://postimg.cc/RqPZRjjC.

2) You can modify the banner that appears at the top of the categories/brand page. To do this, you must create a static block according to your needs and then edit each category/brand page. Under the description box, you must add/paste the static block short code as needed.
