Hello, You can do this by adding custom CSS. Add the following code
.products-grid .product { width: 100% !important; }
to the corresponding fields in the Customizer -> Theme Custom CSS -> Mobile landscape (481px – 767px) and Customizer -> Theme Custom CSS -> Mobile (0 – 480px) as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/eGpkOJu1ovIV
