Yes, XStore has the social icons widget that you can use as per your requirements.
To use the social icon for the header, please navigate to XStore > Theme options > Header builder. There you can add social widgets to the header builder and add the WhatsApp element as per your needs. Please refer to the image provided: https://postimg.cc/fSXrvHC3
To use the social icon for a single product, please navigate to XStore > Theme options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single product builder.
