We suggest that you try activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to determine if the issue is related to our theme. If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, it will be evident that the issue is not related to our theme and we recommend that you contact the WooCommerce support for further assistance.
