Hello Eduardo,
1. We have determined that the Additional Custom Block Widget was not set in the Single Product builder, which is why it was not showing. We have now set the Additional Custom Block Widget in the Single Product builder and selected the Static Block in the Additional Custom Block by editing the Single product Page.
