You can change the Gallery Type from XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Single Product builder >> Gallery, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/WqP4T2tR
If you choose other layouts then the possible option is just under it “Thumbnail Columns” but the possible minimum columns will be 3, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/XGTccyJR
