Hello @Norliden,
In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop Element > Quick View. There, you will need to remove/empty the Images Height option. For reference, please see the images provided here: https://postimg.cc/BLg3yxm7 and https://postimg.cc/2VLf4qsW.
If the issue persists, please provide us with your site’s WP-ADMIN login details in the private content area of this topic. We will then be able to check and fix the issue on your site. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before doing so.
