Hello @montgomerius,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to resolve the issue as it appears that you have imported our theme demo onto an already-built site or migrated the site from another domain. We suggest that you start with a fresh WordPress installation and then import the demo. After that, you can import the data such as invoices, products, etc. as needed.
