Hello @Srinivasan,
It appears that you have created a Single Product page using the Elementor Pro plugin? If so, it appears to be an issue with the Elementor Pro plugin. Could you please contact the Elementor Pro plugin for further assistance?
Alternatively, if you are not using the Elementor Pro plugin for this purpose, please try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clear the cache of the browser, and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization, so that I can check and assist you accordingly.
Please also provide the site WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic.
