Breadcrumbs > Paddings settings from Theme Options work on all pages with breadcrumbs on the site (product category page, about us and so on).
If you would like to apply these settings to product category pages only, custom CSS code can be used. If this is the case, please let us know and we will provide you with the necessary code.
In regards to mobile, in order to provide a specific solution, we would need the URL of the page in question.
Regarding the title, we would like to inform you that there is no mentioned possibility for it. We recommend that you create static blocks with the desired content and show them via the category description area.
