We have reviewed the issue and it appears that the custom code you added is causing the problem with the breadcrumbs.
In order to resolve this, we recommend that you delete the custom code and then go to Theme Options > Breadcrumbs to change the Breadcrumbs Style and Breadcrumbs Paddings.
