Hello, @wssrob,

I have checked and confirmed the issue on our test site and it is working just fine. There is no issue with a theme like this. On your site, there are a lot of third-party plugins activated and the theme and its necessary plugins are not updated to the latest version.

1- Please first try to update the theme and its core plugins to the latest version in order to avoid any unexpected issues on the site. Here is an article to know how to update the theme successfully on the site: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update if after updating the theme and it’s necessary plugin still your issue doesn’t resolve then proceed to point 2.

2- Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.
