Hello,

In this case, please post different questions from your different sites via separate topics on the forum.
To be able to help, we need temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

1/ About add to cart – try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, we need access (wp-admin and FTP) to be able to take a closer look, because we do not have such a problem on our test site.

2/ Product variation that is ”Out of stock” can be displayed like this -http://prntscr.com/t21xou with our variation swatches (in case “Hide out of stock products from catalog” option is enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory).
If this doesn’t work, provide access, so we can take a closer look.
