Hello,
1/ After uploading the translation files of the theme (with the correct name – your language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-de_DE.po) into the correct location ( /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder) you need to sync the translation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update and then manually translate strings that are untranslated still. Do the same for XStore Core plugin (/wp-content/languages/plugins folder).
2/ You need to translate WooCommerce also – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/
