To solve your issue, first I deleted the cart page from your site completely and after that, I navigate to the Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Status >> Tools >> and I clicked on the “Create default WooCommerce pages” see this image: https://postimg.cc/sB5CvHPW by doing this your issue is resolved.
