“Support” means the possibility get help from our support team, not new activation. Please read about support here – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/25-support
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.
Is your old site live or was closed? If it was closed and the theme was deleted from there, let us know, and we will check it so you will be able to activate XStore on a new site.
